This is the story of an international Eco-war, intertwined with power politics, love and death.Water, mankind's’ most valuable resource, brings Canada and the United States together in war. From the White House, Sacramento’s Governors office, Flint Michigan, the Canadian Parliament Ottawa, Vancouver and Atlin BC, the combatants face the consequences of their deeds and misdeeds as they face off against each other for the right to take or protect water.California enters into a dire fresh water situation,the solution is to ask the Canadians for unlimited amounts of water,a request that is denied. The President, a woman with few scruples, takes the advice of her General and puts into action a 1937 War plan to attack BC Canada,take control of the area,its largest glacier fed source from Atlin BC and build a pipe all the way to California. Canadian NGOs take exception and form an underground resistance to fight the American invasion.
