Kris Neville (1925-1980) was an American science fiction writer. His most famous work, "Bettyann" (1970) is considered an underground classic of science fiction. Other novels include "The Unearth People," "The Mutants," "Special Delivery," and "Invaders on the Moon." This volume collects the novel "Earth Alert " (1953) and two shorter works, "General Max Shorter" (1962) and "New Apples in the Garden" (1963).
