DavidK Ferry is a Regents Professor Emeritus in the School of Electrical, Computer,and Energy Engineering at Arizona State University. He received the CledoBrunetti Award from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers in1999 and is a fellow of this group as well as the American Physical Society andthe Institute of Physics (UK). He is the author, co-author, or editor of some40 books and about 900 refereed scientific contributions.
