This is a look at the Trail of Tears which was a relocation movement of Native Americans in what is now the southeastern part of the United States. The removal was focused on the Five Civilized Tribes, also known as the Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Muscogee-Creek, and Seminole tribes. The main focus is the forced relocation and the resistance that was caused.
