A largely artistic piece, Miles To Go Before We Sleep is a collection of vignettes following the lives of two post-apocalyptic wanderers--Geoff Davis, a defective soldier in a nonexistent war, and Mercer Grey, a renounced cannibal hoping to bury the remains of his old identity. For those that stalk the ruins of the American wasteland, lives are short--and they are volatile, honest, and all-consuming.
