This book is the result of compilation of information on the diseases of wild life for over 20 years, ever since the author attended the summer institute on the pathology of diseases of wild life at the College of Veterinary Science, Hebbal, Bangalore during May 1979 and also the experience gained while conducting postmortem examination of wild animals submitted from the S.V. Zoo park at Tirupati. This book contains information on the common viral, bacterial fungal, fungal and parasitic diseases that affect wild ruminants, felids and wild birds.
