In 1895, the booming city of Manitowoc, WI kept a dark secret. A murder of two prominent citizens ten years before jailed an innocent man while the real killer roamed free. For almost a decade, the otherwise good and hardworking townspeople suppressed the truth while wrestling with the question: How long could their otherwise fine city hide its shameful face of guilt?Enter a mysterious play director, along with a return engagement of the 'Yankee Players'-a performance troupe reprising their performance at the Manitowoc Opera House during the time of the murders.
