REMEMBER THE MAINE!Ridge Norris is a man that comes from money. Through his father's connections, Ridge obtains work in a New York banking firm. But when his boss orders him around as a servant, Ridge quits out of pride. A man with no proper skills for any profession, a love of books and horses, he has no future prospects. He does, however, romanticize war in the way of defending land and country. When the Spanish-American war erupts, he decides to join the cause. What he gets isn't glory and honor, but something much more frightening than he ever imagined.
