Leroy New is the real thing. His passions are his family and his music. This wholesome story will give you a lift. Carl Erskine Former All-star pitcher Brooklyn Dodgers Leroy New has lived the American Dream. He grew up in a small cabin in the hills of southern Kentucky, where he was raised by his grandparents. He attended a one room school house and often rode those four miles on horseback with his grandpa. Through dedication and hard work, he is today the "Guitar Wizard" of Branson, Missouri. He was voted Branson's guitarist of the year in 2010 and is a member of the Traditional Country Music Hall of Fame. Through it all he has maintained a warm, wholesome and genuine personality.
