At the end of the day, I have lost so much. I lost my granddaddy and that crushed me. I lost my dad and that broke my heart. I lost my marriage and that almost took my life. I lost my grandmamma and that left me grief-stricken. Then I lost my beloved dog, Diva and that devastated me. Nonetheless, I know that God has strengthened me to embrace a new tomorrow. I can honestly say that at the end of the day, my season of sorrow propelled me to look forward to seeing a new day. Even though, I don’t know what tomorrow may bring, I am certain that either way I’ll be just fine because, I know who holds tomorrow and who allows me to embrace The Next Day and the new season of my life. I invite you to journal your thoughts after reading the devotionals. My hope is that as you read you will embrace a new day by believing that your Next Day will be filled with an abundance of joy and hope.
